By placing an order with Peptide HQ LLC, you are entering into this Research Use Agreement. Violation may constitute a breach of federal and/or state law and may result in civil or criminal liability.
By purchasing, Researcher represents, warrants, and certifies that: they are at least 18 years of age; they are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or authorized representative of a legitimate research institution; all compounds will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research in a proper research setting; they will NOT administer any compound to themselves or any other human being; they will NOT administer any compound to animals except in the context of a properly approved licensed research protocol; they will NOT resell purchased compounds to any individual for personal use; they will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws; and they understand these compounds are not FDA approved for human or animal therapeutic use.
Strictly prohibited: human ingestion, injection, or self-administration; veterinary use outside properly approved research; use as dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or food additive; use as cosmetic ingredient; resale for personal or therapeutic purposes; any use violating FDA regulations or applicable law; and any purpose not consistent with legitimate scientific research.
Researcher assumes ALL risk associated with the purchase, receipt, storage, handling, and use of compounds purchased from Peptide HQ LLC. Researcher hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Peptide HQ LLC from any and all claims arising from Researcher’s use of purchased compounds.
Researcher agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide HQ LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from breach of this Agreement, misuse of purchased compounds, personal injury or property damage caused by use of purchased compounds, or violation of any applicable law.
Peptide HQ LLC maintains records of all Research Use Agreements accepted, including email address, phone number, IP address, and timestamp of acceptance. These records may be produced in response to valid legal process.
